TM4J To-Do List

The following are things which I am going to try and work on as and when I get the time to do so. If you have other suggestions to add to this list, please feel free to tell me.

• Improve the documentation
• Create more test cases
• Performance enhancements
• Implement more command-line utilities: (scope filter, type filter, etc)
• Provide a query interface to the engine, or connect the engine to an existing query interface.

There are also a number of ideas for additional applications which could be started as subprojects of TM4J:

• A web application framework (using JSPs or Apache's Velocity Engine or Cocoon...or maybe all three!)
• A complete reimplementation of the TMNav topic map navigation application
• A stand-alone topic map editor

Any help with any of these, or suggestions for future work would be more than welcome on the TM4J Users mailing list
